A guide to physical assessment and treatment of whole body factors in torticollis with a review of somatic factors and their management – covering a range of aetiological factors and strategies for care. This includes exploration of thoracic, shoulder girdle, cervical and head-based factors, and how pelvic and limb movements can be related.
